I'm Ian Stuart. 14+ years building and fixing the systems B2B companies run on: web development, Salesforce, HubSpot, and the full revenue operations stack.

I started building websites and applications in 2011. Moved into Salesforce in 2015. Now I operate across the entire GTM stack, from custom AI agents to CRM architecture to the integrations that tie everything together.

SMOPS is intentionally small. One senior operator with a network of vetted subcontractors and a growing fleet of AI agents. No junior associates learning on your dime. No layers between you and the person doing the work.
